bulgarian language support

We have hosted the application bulgarian language support in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about bulgarian language support:

The goal of this project is to provide spell check, grammar check and hyphenation for Bulgarian language for Open Source products such as OpenOffice.org, LibreOffice, TeX, aspell, ispell, hunspell etc.

Audience: End Users/Desktop.
User interface: KDE, Win32 (MS Windows), X Window System (X11).
Programming Language: C++, Perl.
Database Environment: Flat-file.
