Welcome to Winfy

Winfy provides windows online applications under Linux. As such, it includes several OS with a graphical frontend for the Wine software compatibility layer which allows Linux users to install Windows-based software as well as games. By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up-to-date. Winfy reserves the right to terminate your account or block your access if we suspect any fraudulent activity or violation of our terms of service. We take your privacy and the security of your data seriously, and we expect our users to do the same. Please read our privacy policy for more information. These terms of service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Winfy website, software, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.  

Your Account

By default Winfy does not require an account but you may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service like saving your working OS in your Google Drive account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Winfy of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. You may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

Free of charge

Winfy is free. No features of the Service will require payment of fees.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Winfy and its licensors own all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use any trademarks, service marks, or logos belonging to Winfy without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Winfy’s liability to you is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service. In no event shall Winfy be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages

Changes to the Terms

Winfy may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Winfy disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Winfy is located.
