mqtt interface

We have hosted the application mqtt interface in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about mqtt interface:

This software provides an easy to use MQTT interface for rapid
prototyping and testing of algorithms in the IoT world.

This interface closes the gap between the MQTT Java client
implementation from [Paho](https: //www.eclipse.org/paho/)
iot.eclipse.org project and high level numerical programming.

Different usage examples are provided.
